    Interface AgentContextUpdate

    Event emitted when a resource component reports its agent context or tools. The shell (which owns the ComponentCacheManager) subscribes to these events and updates the cache + active AppContextSnapshot accordingly.

    Set when the update comes from the caller's tab lifecycle, not from the caller: 'Detached' from NavigationService.NotifyResourceDetached (the user left the tab) and 'Reattached' from NavigationService.NotifyResourceReattached (the user came back to it). Undefined for an update the component reports.
