Interface RemoveOptions

Allow dropping a __-prefixed schema outside the __mj_<AppName> app namespace, which needs no override. Reserved schemas remain blocked: whatever the database owns (dbo/sys/guest, public, every pg_* name, SQL Server's nine db_* fixed-role schemas, information_schema) and whatever MJ owns (__mj, __mj_UDT). See ReservedOwnerOf in schema-manager.ts for the rule itself. A name the database platform or MJ owns cannot be dropped at all, with or without this flag — remove it with --keep-data, the only exit for that case. Dangerous; MJ-internal apps only.
