    Free-text facts the agent may use (membership status, open cases) — written for the model to read.

    DisplayName?: string

    A name to address the caller by, when the host recognises the number.

    LinkedRecord?: { EntityID: string; RecordID: string }

    The linked record in the host CRM / database (e.g. Person, Contact) to record on InteractionLink.

    PersonEntityID?: string
    PersonRecordID?: string

    Convenience Person record ID for linking when EntityID is resolved separately.

    Verified: boolean

    Whether the host VERIFIED who this is (never merely "the number matched a record").
