OptionalHandleOptional teardown hook invoked when a LiveKit room finishes. Fires for EVERY room finishing on this LiveKit server (whether handled by this custom handler or the default AI-agent path); implementations should scope by room name or active session set.
Hook for external packages (like Contact Center) to intercept and route inbound LiveKit SIP calls. If HandleInboundCall returns Handled: false, LiveKitSipTelephonyService falls back to the default AI-agent path. If HandleInboundCall throws, the call is failed closed (hung up and refused) to prevent duplicate call handling if the handler partially acted before the error. Handlers should catch expected internal errors and return Handled: true with an appropriate Outcome when they have already acted on the call.
