Interface ExpectedUsageCounts

Token counts a scripted vendor response reports, expressed provider-agnostically. Adapters map these into the vendor's native usage shape (e.g. prompt_tokens / promptTokens / prompt_eval_count); the suite asserts they round-trip into ModelUsage unchanged.
