    Interface WebSearchCapabilities

    What a driver can do. Declared on the class, not stored in the database.

    Capability is a property of the driver implementation; the database row holds configuration — on/off, order, credentials, limits. This mirrors how search-engine declares SourceType on BaseSearchProvider rather than in the SearchProvider table.
