The byte layout MemberJunction uses for persisted embedding vectors: consecutive
IEEE-754 single-precision values, little-endian, 4 bytes each, no header. The dimension count
is byteLength / 4. This is the layout of a Float32Array on every little-endian host, which
is every platform MemberJunction runs on; big-endian hosts are still handled correctly.
