would select (InheritedParentColumns). Only children with at least one in-scope parent are
considered: a parent app's run adds the column but cannot regenerate a sibling app's view (#4821).
liveColumns maps schema.view (lower case) to the view's column names; a view absent from the
map does not exist or was not read, and is skipped rather than reported as missing every column.
