): BuiltAddressedMatcher
Builds the addressed-matcher for a session from its configured addressing mode and the agent's names.
Parameters
- names: string[]
  The agent's names/aliases (the Regex fallback's patterns).
- requested: TurnAddressingMode
  The configured addressing mode; undefined means Auto.
- modelSideSupported: boolean
  Whether the session's model is full-duplex (ResolveAddressingMode).
- now: () => number = Date.now
  Injected clock for the model-side freshness window.
Returns BuiltAddressedMatcher
The matcher and the mode in effect.
